Preparing your order
Allow an estimated 1–3 working days to prepare an order after its details are confirmed. Personalized and custom-designed stickers may take longer depending on the design and quantity. We’ll confirm the expected timing for your order. Public holidays are not included in these estimates.
Delivery time
After dispatch, estimated delivery is 1–3 working days within Dhaka and 2–5 working days outside Dhaka. This is separate from preparation time. Courier operations, holidays and weather can affect delivery, so these estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Delivery charges
The delivery charge depends on your address and order. Check the charge shown at checkout; for orders arranged directly with us, we’ll confirm it before you agree to the order.
Delivery details
Please provide your full name, active phone number and complete address. If you need to correct them, contact us promptly with your order number.
Receiving your parcel
Check the parcel when it arrives where possible. If an item is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us and keep the item and packaging. Accepting a parcel does not remove the protections in our Returns & Refunds policy.
