How long does an order take?
Allow an estimated 1–3 working days for preparation, then 1–3 working days for delivery within Dhaka or 2–5 working days outside Dhaka. Custom or personalized orders may need longer. We’ll confirm your expected timing. See Delivery.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photographs where possible. An unboxing video is not required. Please still contact us if the problem becomes apparent later. See Returns & Refunds.
Can I return a personalized design because I changed my mind?
Correctly produced personalized or custom designs are not returnable solely for a change of mind or an error in customer-supplied text. Our printing errors and product defects remain covered.
