These terms explain ordering from SupaPrint. Please read them with our Delivery, Payments and Returns & Refunds policies before placing an order.
Products and orders
We offer ready-made, personalized and custom-designed stickers. Review the product, size, finish, quantity, delivery details and total before ordering. Availability and offered options are shown on the website. If an availability or pricing problem affects your order, we’ll contact you to explain the options before proceeding.
Your design
Please check names, spelling, dates, photographs and artwork before confirming your design. You must have permission to use the content you submit. By ordering, you authorize SupaPrint to reproduce that content to prepare and fulfil your order.
Printed appearance
Screens can display colours differently from printed materials. A small screen-to-print colour difference is not the same as an incorrect or defective print. Printing errors and items that do not match the confirmed order remain covered by our returns policy.
Payment and delivery
Follow the payment instructions offered for your order and provide accurate delivery information. Preparation and delivery are separate stages; see Delivery for estimates and charges.
Changes, cancellations and returns
Contact us promptly if you need a change or cancellation. We’ll confirm whether it is possible before production or dispatch. Change-of-mind cancellation cannot be guaranteed once a personalized or custom order is in production. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains remedies for incorrect, damaged, missing or misprinted items.
